BEGINNER’S COURSE ENROLMENT FORM

In-person classes will be held in Knoxfield, Melbourne. On-line classes will be held via Zoom

Cost: A deposit of $180 is to be paid at the time of enrolment to secure your place. The deposit will go towards the first 3 classes.

Subsequent payments are to be paid prior to the commencement of each monthly class.

Once the enrolment form is complete and the deposit is paid, I will be in contact to organise a suitable class time and date with you.

Upon completion of the Beginner’s Course, the student can choose to sit an examination to receive full Accreditation and Certificate (additional examination fee will apply)
